Hoof Care
I am a certified Proper Balance Horse Hoof Trim (PBHT Level I) practitioner. PBHT is a whole hoof care method focused on the horse's overall balance and comfort.
What is PBHT?
Proper Balance Horse Hoof Trim (PBHT) is a trimming method developed to support the horse's natural hoof function and whole-body balance. Rather than simply removing excess hoof wall, PBHT considers the horse's posture, movement, and comfort as a whole.
What to Expect
During a trim I will assess your horse's hooves and overall stance before beginning work. I use quality tools and take care to keep your horse comfortable throughout the process. I am happy to answer any questions you have about your horse's hooves.
Service Area
I travel throughout Harnett County and surrounding counties including Cumberland, Chatham, Johnston, Lee, Moore, Orange, Robeson, Sampson, Scotland, Vance, and Wake. You can also find me at horse shows, obstacle challenges, and trail rides.
